Flexible Panel Material

● Usually adopts modular smd led matrix panel, which has perfect flatness and consistency;

● Can be GOB coated on both front and back, to protect the lamp and IC batter, extend the service life;

● Bottom frame is covered with high-viscosity black silicone(94 Plastic), rubber not easy to fall off and waterproof to IP65.

Bendable PCB Material

● Core component PCB uses a flexible synthetic polyester substrate with high toughness, high elasticity, high temperature resistance, and meets UL, CE, FCC and ROHS certification standards;

● Large-radian design led module, the convex or concave curvature reaches 158°~180°;

● Flexible PCB can achieve multiple curves, curling, bending, twisting, folding, rolled and swinging shapes.

Strong Adsorption Capacity

● The soft module thickness is 1.2cm, weight is 180 grams, it can be easily replaced by one person;

● Each module is embedded with 12/18Pcs M3 strong magnets, can withstand 3 to 5 kg of adsorption force and remain stable in a bumpy environment, ensuring safety and reliability.

Flexible Screen Installation

● Flexible display panels are generally front-maintained and magnetic mounting, which is a great test of on-site operation ability;

● Cabinets need to be seamlessly connected through positioning pins, and then the power supply and control card are fixed. Finally, the flex module is attached to the outermost edge, striving for perfection by adjusting tolerances and reducing stitching gaps;

● Because the PDU is separated from the cabinet, lightweight, easy to operate, and convenient for front repair.

Energy Consumption

● Our modules generally use 5V USB upgrade voltage, which is safe to use;

● Power supply can internal fan thermal management to improve heat dissipation performance;

● Provide UL-certified cables to reduce power loss and ensure display effects.

Brightness

In order to maintain low light decay/attenuation, the default brightness setting of our indoor flexible products is around 600 nits, outdoor is 4000 nits.

Contrast Ratio

The display usually maintains a contrast ratio of 5,000:1, but flexible panel can reach a static contrast ratio of 20,000 and an ultra-high dynamic contrast ratio of 100,000.

Durable LED

Use more durable leds(Nationstar’s SMD1515), copper or gold connecting wires to reduce light decay in a working environment with a humidity of 20% to 75%.

Refresh Rate

Use ICN2153S/ICN1065S level control chip to achieve a refresh rate of 3840hz.

Grayscale

The contrast range of grayscale images is from the weakest black to the strongest white, can reach up to 16-bit grayscale with a wider color depth.

Picture Quality

Flexible led board has higher reliability and lossless image quality, which can reproduce lifelike ultra-high-definition images, display realistic colors, and achieve color reproduction.

Multiple System Controls

● Our flexible panel uses a universal control chip and is compatible with commonly used control systems: Novastar, Cologlight, Linsn, Huidu;

● We will provide module/screen configuration files so that you can debug successfully by simply importing them.

Spare Parts and Warranty

● When you purchase a whole screen, we will provide 5% spare modules; provide a 3-year free warranty, and defective modules need to be returned to the factory for repair;

● Different batches of modules will display color differences, so please purchase enough modules and spare parts to build the entire led screen to ensure the same brightness, color temperature, angle and software settings.
