In most commercial LED deployments, warranty terms are typically:
- Standard: 2–3 years
- Premium suppliers: 3–5 years (system dependent)
But in real AV practice, warranty is usually split into:
- LED modules (pixels)
- Power supply units
- Receiving cards / control system
- Cabinet structure
What integrators actually care about:
Warranty is only useful if spare parts + same-batch modules are available.
Common industry reality:
- pixel uniformity matching over time matters more than just warranty duration
- long-term color consistency is a bigger issue than hardware failure rate
